The ACA Attorney State Chair Program is designed to give ACA units and their members access to an attorney licensed to practice law in their state. These state chairs have generously volunteered to take calls and be available as legal resources and to refer attorneys and assist our unit as schedules permit. In addition, the volunteers work as valuable resources for ACA and MACA efforts, identifying issues that may have a legislative or regulatory impact at the state or federal level.
