Fineman Krekstein & Harris, P.C.


Rick Perr is a partner at the law firm Fineman, Krekstein and Harris, P.C., in Philadelphia.  Perr is a nationally recognized authority and lecturer on creditors’ rights, representing creditors, law firms and agencies against individual and class-action allegations under federal and state consumer protection laws.  He also advises entities and individuals on matters related to compliance in the accounts receivable management industry. He was elected to ACA’s Board of Directors in 2012 and served as ACA president in 2017/18.  Perr serves on the board of MACA, and has served as the state compliance chair for both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.



Monica M. Littman, Esq.
Fineman Krekstein & Harris, P.C.


Monica Littman is an associate at the law firm Fineman, Krekstein and Harris, P.C., in Philadelphia.  She represents creditors, law firms and agencies against individual and class-action allegations under federal and state consumer protection laws.  She also advises entities and individuals on matters related to compliance in the accounts receivable management industry.  She has served as the ACA State Chair Attorney for Pennsylvania since 2017. She has been serving as a MACA Board member since September 2018.  She was elected to ACA’s MAP Committee in July 2019.
